TEMES and Lamda, two leading companies in the Greek hospitality industry, have recently announced their plans to build two luxury hotels on the Athenian Riviera. The hotels will offer world-class amenities and services, enhancing the region’s reputation as a premier tourist destination.

This week, TEMES SA and Lamda Development declared that they had concluded the contract to construct two 5-star hotels plus a selection of branded residences near the Athenian Riviera as part of the multi-million-euro Ellinikon Project, with completion expected by 2026.
Under the agreement of Belt Riviera SA – Hellinikon SMSA (a Lamda subsidiary), a project costing 300 million euros is being carried out, which includes the construction of a 5-star hotel with 160 rooms, outdoor areas for dining and entertainment by the sea, a luxury beach club, health club with recreation, fitness and beauty amenities. Furthermore, there will be 17 luxurious branded homes/apartments, all with stunning ocean views.
Malt Riviera SA and Hellinikon SMSA have reached a second agreement to build a 220-room 5-star hotel and a residential development featuring 49 villas/apartments near the renovated Agios Kosmas Marina in Elliniko, Glyfada.
The two firms declared that a renowned international architectural firm would oversee the hotel’s design. In contrast, top worldwide hotel operators will manage the management of said hotels.
