Can I Use Someone Else’s Artwork For Submission?
We can only accept artworks from the creators of the work. Submissions on behalf of another person or using artwork by someone else are not allowed. However, you can assist an artist in their application process, but they need to submit it as their own.
How Old is Too Old for Work?
The artwork should be within five years of age to ensure the pieces align with current topics and that we can display the best recent works.
Is This Opportunity For Artists Who Are Women Only?
We strongly advocate for submissions from the LGBTQIA+ community.
Is This Opportunity Only Open To South Asian Artists?
This chance is open to people of any background as they produce work related to the theme.
What Factors Do Selectors Consider When Making Decisions?
When making their decisions, the selectors will consider the quality of the work you present. The submitted material’s creativity, brilliance, approach, and main ideas will be judged.
We welcome submissions worldwide and urge artists to be open and honest about their motivations for creating artwork and how and with their overarching beliefs or concepts.
I Find It Difficult To Write About My Work. What Should I Do?
Audio or video formats of the two primary components of the applications will be accepted. Upload this audio or video to a sharing platform (such as YouTube) and then provide us with the link in the necessary part of your application form. Please refrain from uploading this audio or video to the Google form.
You can secure the audio or video by adding a password so that only authorized people can access this part of your application. Please provide us with the password if you choose to do so.
We kindly request that you do not provide us with your account password for the video/audio-sharing site. If you require any help with your application, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Is There Any Support Available To Help Make An Application?

Will I Get Paid A Fee For Exhibiting
No fee will be given to anyone for showing their work. Instead, five monetary rewards will be granted to the best works as decided by a judging committee.
How Many Artists Will Be Selected For The Exhibition?
We will choose up to five artists for the exhibition, and those shortlisted will be featured on our social media accounts.
Will I Get Feedback On My Application?
Because of the massive number of applications we get when we open submissions, we can’t give personalized responses to applicants.
Can I Apply Without Having A Google/Gmail Account?
You don’t need a Gmail account to apply; all required is an email address and a phone number.
What Happens If I Disagree With The Decision Of The Curator Or The Panel?
If you believe a mistake has been made, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist. However, it is important to understand that the curator’s decision is unalterable and cannot be contested.
