Over 250 employees from the public sector participated in a specialized seminar hosted by the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) in association with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA). This seminar focused on Artificial Intelligence and Chat GPT.
The Information & eGovernment Authority’s Chief Executive, Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance’s Director, Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, attended a seminar with senior management representatives from both institutions.
The seminar offered an overview of the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Chat GPT technology to revolutionize operations in Bahrain. Demonstrations were provided to demonstrate its various uses and practical applications. Participants learned how public and private sector services could be optimized with AI and Chat GPT technology.
ChatGPT, a revolutionary application for enhancing communication, was discussed in the session. Attendees were informed on how government personnel can more effectively help citizens using this technology. Furthermore, innovative applications of ChatGPT were explored and demonstrated to illustrate its potential.
Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the core focus, experts from BIBF’s Digital Transformation and Project Management Centre – Mrs. Noora Al Balooshi and Mr. Nishanth Parthi – held a seminar discussing topics such as data protection and ethical considerations surrounding the use of AI to improve public services.
Gaining an insight into the current trends in AI and Chat GPT, participants from the public sector learned about how these technological advances can be used to improve productivity and provide better services to citizens.
