LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) qualifications offer individuals unique opportunities to develop their communication and performance skills. With various qualifications available in multiple disciplines, LAMDA provides a pathway for individuals to pursue their passions and achieve their goals.
The training and assessment process for LAMDA qualifications is rigorous, ensuring individuals develop a deep understanding of their chosen discipline. This training helps individuals hone their technical skills and improves their confidence and communication ability.
The Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust and Tavistock College are delighted to report that 78% of students recently taking a LAMDA qualification achieved the highest grade, Distinction. The examinations, with levels from Entry Level to Grade 8 Gold Medal, tested skills in Public Speaking, Acting, Mime, and Speaking of Verse and Prose.
This exam was an important milestone for some students, as it marked the start of their LAMDA experience, while others took part in their final assessment. Mrs. McCarty, the LAMDA teacher, was pleased with the outcome, which reflects the dedication of all pupils and upholds the college’s 100% success rate in LAMDA exams.
Mrs. McCarty mentioned that the older students were pleased to congratulate the younger pupils for their achievements, and the younger students shared how they were motivated by their seniors, showing a real sense of togetherness and community.
We want to congratulate all the students involved in this extraordinary accomplishment, which reflects their hard work and the excellent instruction and guidance provided by Tavistock College.
LAMDA qualifications allow individuals to develop skills, pursue passions, and achieve outstanding results. As such, they represent a valuable investment in personal and professional growth that can help individuals achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
